There are few payment related issues but we are now getting that resolved. If your payment was not successful, please log in to your Kickstarter account from which you pledged and follow the 'Fix Payment' link. Our next step is to setup all the surveys and start collecting your information, please stay tuned for more updates. Note that, Kickstarter takes about 2 weeks to verify pledges, so we have to wait until then to make sure there are no fraudulent pledges.
